How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form prepares an email addressed to submit@titanium-insurance.com in your own email application. The message is not submitted to Titanium by the website itself; it is sent only when you review it and press Send in your email application.

02

Who is responsible

Titanium Insurance SPC is responsible for personal information it receives directly through this website. Other parties involved in a placement—such as a broker, local issuing insurer, reinsurer or professional adviser—may act as separate controllers under their own notices.

03

Information we may collect

  • Business identity and contact details, including name, role, organisation and email address.
  • Risk enquiry information, including jurisdiction, product, amount, tenor and a description of the obligation.
  • Correspondence, records of consent and information needed to review or respond to an enquiry.
  • Technical and security information generated when the site is accessed, such as request logs, browser data and security events.
04

How and why information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess a potential transaction, perform due diligence, prevent fraud, comply with legal and regulatory duties, maintain security, manage complaints and establish or defend legal rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate business interests, legal obligations or consent. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the relevant basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

05

Sensitive and confidential material

Do not put special-category personal data, bank details, privileged advice, identity documents or full confidential transaction files into the initial website form. If a matter progresses, an appropriate controlled route can be agreed.

You should only provide information about another person where you are authorised to do so and have given that person any notice required by law.

06

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with service providers, insurance managers, group support functions, brokers, insurers, reinsurers, professional advisers, regulators, courts, public authorities and counterparties involved in the proposed transaction.

Insurance business is international. Information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules. Where required, appropriate contractual, legal or organisational safeguards will be used.

07

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, regulatory and legal obligations, dispute management and legitimate record keeping. Retention periods vary by the nature and outcome of the enquiry.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. These rights can be limited by law, regulatory duties, privilege or the rights of others.

Use the contact page or email submit@titanium-insurance.com and mark the enquiry “Privacy” to exercise a right or ask a question. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

09

Updates

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the website, processing activities or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current public version.
